Cancellation: * Requests for cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the service commencement. Once a diagnostic sample is collected or a legal document process is initiated, the service cannot be canceled.
Full Refund: If the service is canceled by Lavania Services due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued.
Partial Refund: If the client cancels before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and transaction processing fees.
Non-Refundable Items: Payments made toward Government Fees, Stamp Papers, or third-party laboratory charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
